Property has always been a passion of mine, but it wasn’t until 2024 that I knew I wanted to turn it into my profession—one that would support my future while creating the time freedom that a corporate role simply couldn’t provide.

Climbing the career ladder in the corporate world—moving from retail spaces to offices was exciting at times, but I soon realised that true wealth isn’t just about money. Time is the most valuable currency, yet so often overlooked. I spent countless hours dedicated to institutions that, in the end, could make decisions based on their needs, not mine. But what about my own aspirations? What about the freedom to focus on what truly matters—my personal goals, travel, relationships, well-being and supporting others? I decided to take matters into my own hands.

My journey began in 2016, starting with my first home, living with friends under the rent a room scheme and gradually saving and taking on larger projects—converting properties, managing them myself, all while juggling a full-time job. It hasn’t been easy, and I wouldn’t want to mislead anyone into thinking that property is a get rich quick scheme, let me tell you from experience it’s not! These were my ‘reactive years’, where opportunities came to me rather than me actively seeking them out. Now, as I look ahead to the future, I am taking a more intentional approach—sharing my knowledge with those who are seasoned investors lacking time or experience, or those who are just beginning their own property journey. I want to help everyone to create a life on their own terms.
